CORE RETURNS POLICY
Customers are given 30 days to return cores. Customers will be contacted if core is not returned within the grace period and will be invoiced on the 31st day. If core is not returned within 30 day period, customer will be charged full core charge. If a returned core requires replacement parts that are above and beyond standard repair/overhaul, the core refund will be prorated accordingly. Core return must be identical part number and manufacturer with no physical damage. If unit is sold outright then no core will be due and there will be no bill back.
You can return all cores due to our address – 211 Prospect Park. Peachtree City GA, 30269 When returning cores for a refund or credit customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
